Absolutely, the MINS curtain motor controller comes with instructions for wiring open/stop/close contacts allowing you to ‘piggy back’ the MINS controller onto your existing motor.
Note: Yor existing motor needs to also support this feature and have accessible contacts.
The Mins controller uses miniature relays to provide a closed contact trigger for the attached motor signaling an UP/STOP/DOWN command. It has an RJ11 socket output which allows for a thin cable to connect between the MINS controller and the Blind or Curtain motor.
Most manufacturers have a similar control socket allowing you a simple ‘plug and play’ solution.
Once this connection has been made, add the MINS controller to your LifeSmart system using the App. Adjust the trigger pulse time to suit the motor and enjoy controlling and scheduling your blind/curtains within the LifeSmart App.
